P2 platform trailer modules are plug and play, new or used. No coding required, Whoop Whoop!
P3 platform cars, the car needs to know it has a TRM module and which type (7 or 13 pin) of TRM.
If you are using a used TRM from ebay that’s it. Make the config change with Vdash and your done.
But if you have a brand new blue box TRM, its virgin and has no software on it and wont work until its loaded.
Vdash can fix that.
Fit the module, Make the config change to enable the TRM. Vdash will then show a TRM software reload available. Perform the software update your done 🙂
